No Gambling Policy

OnlineBracketMaker.com is for entertainment purposes only and does not facilitate gambling of any kind.

You expressly agree that you will NOT use this Service to:

  • Conduct or facilitate any form of gambling, betting, or wagering
  • Collect entry fees, buy-ins, or any form of payment from participants
  • Distribute prizes, winnings, or anything of monetary value based on bracket results
  • Create brackets with titles, descriptions, or content that reference gambling, betting, odds, payouts, or wagering
  • Operate any contest where participants risk something of value for a chance to win something of greater value

Enforcement: We actively block gambling-related terminology in bracket creation. Any brackets that violate this policy may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates this policy.

We are not responsible for how users choose to use information from our Service outside of our platform, but use of our Service itself must comply with this policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content) remain the property of OnlineBracketMaker.com and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

Admin Links and Security

Bracket creators receive an admin link that provides full control over their bracket. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your admin link secure and private
  • Any actions taken using your admin link
  • Not sharing admin links with unauthorized parties

We cannot recover lost admin links as we do not store user identification information.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any feature without notice
  • Remove content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate access for Terms violations
  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily impact availability

Disclaimer of Warranties
